Roll-Formed
All rafters & beams are
3″ x8″ roll-formed, wood embossed aluminum.

Dupont Teflon, making it non-stick, easy to clean.
Heat & Char
Unlike wood & PVC, our roll formed aluminum is heat & char resistant.
Attachment
Attach our pergolas to a wall structure, or install over a patio.
Sizes
Standard Kit sizes are in 24″ increments, allowing integration into designs.
Lattice
Lattice Tubes are a full 2″ square, resulting in 11% more shade than others.
Steel Inserts
For between posts spans of 18′ or more, steel c-beam inserts will be added.
Hardware
All our fastening hardware is stainless steel, color coordinated hex screws.
Pre-cut
All rafters, beams, lattice & end cuts are pre-cut for convenient installation.
No Painting
Our product requires zero yearly upkeep for painting, staining or seailing.
No Squeaks
Pair aluminum lattice tubes & a neoprene washer screw for a squeak free system.
